Update -
We continue to investigate the connectivity issue affecting a subset of ChargePoint stations. While significant progress has been made, some stations may still appear offline or unresponsive in the app.
Our technical teams have implemented a fix addressing the primary network infrastructure issue identified earlier. This has restored connectivity for the majority of impacted stations. However, we are still observing a smaller subset of stations that remain affected.
We are actively working to identify and resolve the remaining issues and are coordinating closely with our network vendor to ensure full restoration of service.
