Resolved - ChargePoint Web Store (store.chargepoint.com) is now fully operational. Service was restored after our third-party provider (Salesforce) rolled back a recent platform change that caused the disruption.

We are working with Salesforce to obtain a full root cause analysis and will take steps to prevent recurrence.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting the ChargePoint Web Store (store.chargepoint.com). Customers may be unable to access the site or complete purchases at this time.

Our team is actively engaged with our third-party hosting provider (Salesforce), who is investigating the issue following a recent platform maintenance. We do not have an estimated time to resolution at this point but will provide updates as more information becomes available.
