Resolved -
The station connectivity issue impacting parts of Europe has been fully resolved. All affected stations have now successfully reestablished connectivity with the ChargePoint platform. Stations that did not automatically reconnect were manually rebooted to accelerate recovery.
Service has returned to a steady state, and we continue to monitor the platform to ensure ongoing stability.
A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is currently in progress and will be published as soon as it is finalized.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
